PUBLIC AFRICONTE DANCE CLASS
Every Friday at Nafasi Artspace
from 6pm to 7:10pm
Africonte Dance basically means African + Contemporary dance. In this lesson I teach a fusion of traditional Tanzanian dance styles (including Singeli) and Contemporary dance. You are going to get an idea of the process of combining and relating different types of movements, shaping them to melt together into new movements and smooth or dynamic combinations and push your body into new movements and vibes.
All levels are welcome.

PRIVATE YOGA CLASS

I am a certified Yoga Instructor with many years of teaching experience and ongoing visits of regular seminars.
My Yoga teaching experience is mainly based in Baptiste Power Yoga.
Whether you want to do yoga with a focus on meditation and mental strength, you want to focus on physical muscle gain or body toning or both equally. If there is any physical limitations or other issues. During the private Yoga class I can easily meet different needs.
You can choose your comfortable space and time.

Whether you feel shy in groups, you cannot make it to the public class, you have a school and you are searching for a dance teacher for kids, you are more of a professional and you want to extend your skills, the private dance class might be the right thing for you.
I have several years of teaching different levels of contemporary dance, traditional dance and improvisational dance to adults and dance for kids in single lessons up to big groups.
